I know we have asked members etc in the past to keep an eye out for photo's etc of the aircraft .We are at stage where we need to sort and compile info on various sections of the airframe so we can commence cutting material etc. So if we have any members with a research bent or just an interest we are seekingas much info as we can find on the aircraft and perhaps obscure photo's that we dont have or know about.Photo's dont have to show a pilot spearly whites but if it shows rivet lines and detail on the aircraft it can help greatly. There are a few of us at the core of the project but there are 328 members currently on the site (308 confirmed with profiles)so that is a potential 328 researchers to help with the project. We have a good bit of data and info on various sections of the aircraft for example the nose bay behind the cannons,we have 75% of the cockpit area,75 % inofrmation on the rear fuselage and a good bit of detail on the centre section and outer wings. There is a lot od information to be gleaned on structure etc from aviation articles also there are some very early radio modellor plans around that alledgedly used a lot of stuff from Westlands in the 1950's. Anything anyone can contribute will help to get started on construction a lot sooner.

Will do Mike. I'll have a look through what photos I have to see what may prove useful. Do you want them uploaded to the site or higher resolution scans sent to you? Paul
